Tara Reid began her career in commercials when she was a young child. She earned a name for herself in Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Her acting has been questioned, but she's still managed to do the roles she was playing with ease. Her big break came when she played Bunny as a character on the set of The Big Lebowski. Following the movie was over, she began receiving higher offers from films such as Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. American Pie, a cult classic about teens and their sexual encounters with each other, was one of the factors that made Reid an Hollywood famous. The actress played virgin Vicky in this movie. It didn't lead to an impressive, lucrative Hollywood career. The career of Reid was plagued with many failures. Some of them were Josie and the Pussycats. Reid did reprise her short appearance on the set of American Pie 2 but it was not a great addition to help her career stall. Reid is better known as a designer, partygoer and party-goer rather than as an actor because of the numerous mishaps off screen that she has made.
